# UHY Prostir

> UHY Prostir is the Ukrainian member of the UHY International network. Since 2003 it has provided audit, accounting, tax and legal services to businesses, representative offices of foreign companies and non-profit organisations.

Services: audit of financial and project statements (including international technical assistance and other grant projects), accounting and reporting, payroll and HR administration, tax consulting, and legal services — provided within the UHY Prostir group by the Law Office of Olha Petrukhina. Clients include Ukrainian and foreign businesses, Diia.City residents, representative offices of non-residents, non-profit organisations, international missions and implementers of donor programmes and projects.

More than 70 specialists, office in Kyiv; communication and reporting in English, remote cooperation. UHY Prostir is listed in the Register of Auditors and Audit Entities (reg. No. 3388), and its professional liability is insured with Allianz for UAH 10 million. Fees depend on the task: after a request the firm sends a commercial proposal with the scope of services, cost and timeline.
