Company registration support, drafting and legal review of contracts, transaction support, dispute resolution and representation in court. Within the UHY Prostir group, legal services are provided by the Law Office of Olha Petrukhina.

The office’s lawyers and attorneys advise on civil and commercial law, support the registration of companies and non-resident representative offices in Ukraine and the preparation of contracts, represent clients in civil, commercial and administrative cases — including tax disputes — and carry out legal due diligence.

We work with Ukrainian and foreign businesses, Diia.City residents, representative offices of non-residents in Ukraine, non-profit organisations, international missions and implementers of international technical assistance and other donor programmes and projects. Clients come to us both with individual tasks and for comprehensive legal support.

## What do you need to solve?

Legal assistance is provided by the Law Office of Olha Petrukhina, a member of the UHY Prostir group.

## Pricing for your task

The price depends on the complexity of the matter, the volume of documents, deadlines, language and format of support. Send a short description and the materials you have — we will prepare the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and payment terms.

### What is charged separately?

In court and tax disputes, the attorney’s fee and the document work usually done by their assistants are agreed separately.

Court fees, notary services, translations, external experts, delivery and travel are paid separately by prior agreement. Tasks outside a retainer package are estimated additionally.

### Can I order a one-off consultation or contract review?

Yes, you can come to us with a single task without ongoing legal support. We review the request and documents and then agree the scope, deliverables, cost and timeline.

### Can we hand over our company’s day-to-day legal matters to you?

Yes. Under ongoing support we assist management and staff with day-to-day legal matters within the agreed scope — as an external legal team or alongside your in-house lawyer.

### Can we sign a non-disclosure agreement before sharing documents?

Yes. We treat client information as confidential and sign an NDA before any documents are exchanged. Within the team, access is limited to the specialists involved.

### Who receives legal requests and how is time tracked?

At the start we appoint a partner or project manager who takes your requests, coordinates the lawyers and keeps you informed. Scope, timeline and cost are agreed in advance, and under hourly billing we report the time spent.
